Congratulations! To SAISA President Reina O'Connor on being awarded the Robyn Chaplin OAM Award recently by the SA Olympic Committee. This award, in memory of Robyn Chaplin OAM, was presented for the first time in 2006 and it is awarded to a nominated Administrator or Official of SAOC affiliated sports, who has brought credit to their organisation both through their work and attitude.

Words can’t explain the excitement of skating on the same ice as the Disney Stars!!! This year’s successful cast members will receive 2 tickets to the Dare to Dream Show immediately following the Pre-Show.

Congratulations to Australian Champion Junior skater from SA, James Min, and his coach, Richard Laidlaw. At the Jegvirag Cup in Hungary, 6 - 8 February, James achieved a personal best score as well as the ISU qualifying score enabling him to compete in the Junior World Championships in March!

2015 Membership and Test forms are available. There is no change in fees this year. Members are reminded that they must renew their membership before taking part in any Test, competiton, seminar, meeting of the Association. Members renewing after March 31 will be charged a late fee.

Development Camp 2015: SAISA affiliated club, Silver Blades, has organised a camp with renowned Canadian Olympic coach, Manon Peron. The camp will be held at the IceArena from 31 Jan to 2 Feb 2015. Registrations close 29 Jan at 5.00pm. Further details are on the Silver Blades website here.
The camp is open to skaters of all ages and is open to interstate skaters. Coaches are welcome (see Silver Blades website for details).
